Batch production with SIS integration
Pull student and staff data directly from your student information system via API, or import via CSV. Design templates by role (student, faculty, admin, researcher) and batch-print hundreds of cards on demand. When enrollment data changes, card records update automatically.
On-campus printing
We supply the card printer and a print agent that connects to it on campus. It receives jobs from our platform and prints personalized cards on demand, one at a time or in bulk.
Smart card encoding
Cards are encoded at print time with student data, access credentials, or any custom DESFire application schema you need. Our encoding engine supports MIFARE DESFire EV2/EV3 and Ultralight, so one card can serve access control, library systems, and attendance without separate encoding steps.
Cloud, on-prem, or print & ship
Host the platform in our cloud with your on-campus print agent, install it on your own servers, or skip the printer entirely. Send us the data and we print and ship the cards to your registrar's office.
Semester re-issuance workflows
Trigger bulk re-issuance when terms start, roles change, or students graduate. Filter by enrollment status, department, or any custom field, then print the batch in one run.
Multi-department access & audit trail
Give authorized staff across departments access to the platform with role-based permissions. Every card issued, renewed, or decommissioned is logged and exportable in CSV, JSON, or custom formats.
