NXP member card with credit wallet
Member pays at reception once. Credit is encoded directly onto an NXP card. Every session and purchase is tracked automatically, no app, no phone required.
Tap-in / tap-out kiosks
Member taps their card at the door. Session starts. Timer runs. On exit, they tap again, hours × rate is deducted from the card balance automatically.
Coffee & amenity kiosk (optional)
Same NXP card, same credit. Member taps at the coffee station to pay for coffee, printing, or any amenity. No cash, no separate account.
Loyalty point system (optional)
Hours spent in the space accumulate loyalty points. Members redeem them for free coffee or discounts. Configure thresholds and rewards in the operator dashboard.
Operator dashboard
Real-time view of member list, credit balances, top-up requests, active sessions, kiosk status, and revenue reports. Web-based, accessible from anywhere.
