Card design
Design branded card templates visually with your logo, colors, and layout. Define fields like name, photo, department, role, or ID number once per template. Switch between card types instantly.
In-house printing
We supply the card printer and a lightweight print agent that receives jobs from our platform and prints personalized cards on demand. Single cards or full batches.
Smart card encoding
Each card is encoded at print time with the data you need on the chip. Employee records, access control credentials, custom DESFire application schemas. Supports MIFARE DESFire EV2/EV3 and Ultralight, and makes it easy to define what goes on the chip without low-level NFC expertise.
Cloud or on-premises deployment
Run the platform as a hosted SaaS where your print agent connects to our cloud to receive jobs. Or install on your own servers for full local control. Same software, your choice of infrastructure.
Print & ship option
No printer on-site? No problem. Upload your data, we print and encode the cards on our end and deliver them to your office. Ideal for one-off batches or annual re-issuance.
System integration
Connect to your HR or access management system via API, CSV import, or scheduled SFTP feeds. New hire added, card data populated automatically. Employee leaves, card flagged for decommission.
Self-service portal & photo processing
Employees submit their own details and photo through a self-service form. Photos are automatically cropped and background-removed, ready for print. An admin reviews and approves each request before a card is issued.
Data export & reporting
Export cardholder data in JSON, CSV, or any custom format using configurable templates. Schedule automated exports or run them on demand. Useful for feeding data to external systems, compliance reporting, or keeping backups.
